    This idea in particular is a little tricky because it is a big change that can affect lots of aspects across the entire platform. But as we grow we will continue to assess the ways that we can meet the needs of our users.

    Makes a lot sense and I’m sure there are others that could get benefit out of this as well. With limited work time and lots of ideas, we prioritize all suggestions with the most traction and support. Let keep the votes coming and we will build this!

    We are desperately needing this! We have a prevailing wage coming up SOON and no way to track our employees time for this. They not only work their regular wage jobs but they also have their prevailing wage jobs to clock into. We need a program that will allow this to be added for our employees. Our reports we have to do for audits are going to be complicated without proper records.

    Toni, we are dealing with this also! We have no way of tracking this through clockshark! It is a DEFINATE NEED for those of us who do have these assignments! We need to track this for audits through workman's comp. MUCH NEEDED!!! I vote 1000x in need!

    Hey Wendy, thank you so much for providing this idea and letting others have an area to comment and vote!

    Just wanted to get some more information if I could. Currently the pay rates are only visible by admins and anyone that you grant report privileges. But you can also limit who they can see reports about. So you could make it so the only reports they see are about themselves or someone they are a manager of.

    I totally AGREE with JC! This is an issue we are having as well, but it's Lowes LOL! Kidding, but yes this is an issue that needs to be updated somehow to work the way we need. We have had some issues with employees NOT knowing where they actually were, when they are supposed to be at a certain place. This would help with this issue!

    Hey everyone thanks for sharing your feedback and concerns.

    We are always working to improve the GPS functionality and close any holes that are being exploited. This is not something that is that easy to do with the way the devices work and the limitations imposed by the Android and iOS operating systems. We do expect that we will keep making improvements and are working on that always. There is also a degree of employee education involved and at times when employees are doing the wrong thing they will need to be talked to. Please feel free to share any additional concerns and we will keep working to deliver the best GPS experience possible.

    Just to gather some more feedback, are you wanting the employees to have two separate attachment sections essentially. One just for receipts, and one for the other photos they take?

    Or are you wanting them to be able to view photos associated with that job and also have them be able to upload their own photos?

    We did just release the GPSTrak feature to be functional on the Who’s Working Now screen, so now you can skip through your employee’s pings while they are clocked in just like you can on the timesheet.

    This does not displayed the most recent ping first though, that would be a separate feature. We prioritize all suggestions with the most traction and support. With great support, this idea will become one of our upcoming feature releases, so please keep voting!

    Hey Chad, thanks for sharing your feedback with us! This is absolutely possible with our Who’s Working Now page. Here you can see a huge map of everyone’s locations and you’ll see pop ups whenever someone clocks in, goes on lunch, add an attachment, clocks out, etc.

    Then when they clock out for the day, all their time is available to be reviewed on the timesheets!
