Hey Justin! Thank you for sharing your idea, and allowing folks to have a forum to support and vote for it.
We actually do have the ability to add videos as attachments! We do have a 25MB limit on attachments, which is pretty standard. So they can only be shorter videos. Do you know how long of videos you would like to add?
A good solution might uploading that video to something like Google Drive or YouTube and then just sharing the link through ClockShark!

Update: I uploaded a video to Google Drive and posted the link, still not very convenient as then you have to log into an account and of course then I got an error saying "this video cannot be played"

Thanks for sharing all of your feedback with us, it is very useful as we continue to improve ClockShark. Like you noted, there are work arounds for a lot of these ideas but none are too pleasing to use.
I added your votes for existing ideas, but left this up for new ideas, specifically the opting out of start/end time. Does the “all day” shift work for you in this situation or what else would you like to see?

Ability to "add customer" or "add job" from schedule screen would also be amazing

I like this and wanted to add something but don't want to just enter a repeated idea. Not only would I like to be able to do this but I'd also love to NOT have to choose a time or at least not a start and end time. For example, Job 1 scheduled at 8 am but no idea when it will be done. Could just be stamped 8am? Does that make sense?

It sounds like you need a way to better communicate if an appointment is confirmed, whether that is through your idea or some other method.
One thing other companies may do for similar things is to use the Job Color to denote that status. Or also to use our Job Stages to quickly label and filter jobs. Both of these can be changed right from the scheduler as well.
Let me know if either of these ideas help or any questions.
Otherwise, with as many ideas as we receive, and limited work time, let’s see if this idea will pick up some traction and support. If this becomes a popular request, we will build it!

I definitely think this would be incredibly useful, especially when things are crazy manually merging jobs with a tedious process is the last thing you want to do. We have since started a WhatsApp group to share videos, its not efficient or convenient at all as it means using a second app. The hopes is to be able to have one app to handle all communication.
