The app will collect location updates at 15 minute intervals while the employee is clocked in. Continuous tracking will quickly use a mobile battery, so that is why the interval is set to 15 minutes.
If you aren’t seeing any GPS Data for employees, please reach out to our happy-to-help Customer Service team, and they can assist in understanding why the GPS data isn’t arriving. It definitely should be.Joslyn shared this idea ·

We have since added a new feature called Clock Out Questions which allows you to create and ask a set of questions based on a set of employees, or if a certain job is worked. A lot of companies are using this as a way to have employees approve their time.
You can ask them at the end of each day “Do you approve your time?”, if they had a mistake they can select no and you can even get notified so you can fix their timesheet. Or you can have a questionnaire fire depending on a certain job you create.
Other than that, we do really want to add an approval option that is able to be done from the mobile app itself. Please keep voting and commenting!
