This is in need of an update! While you cannot manually change the order of the employees on the page, you can select which individual employees you want to see.

You can also select pre-made groups by using our locations/departments you can view certain people at a time so you don’t have to view everyone.

We also have a PTO/sick time feature that you can enable and have employees request time off, approve time off, and everything shows up automatically on the Timesheets and Schedules!

And to Stu’s point, if shifts have the exact same times listed, then we just list them alphabetically. But if you give shifts times like Job A is 10-12, Job B is 12-2, and Job C is 2-5, then everything displays correctly!

I'd like to see the jobs scheduled for each employee on any given day to be shown in the actual order that they need to be done rather than just listed alphabetically.
"Fred" is doing job's "A", "B", and "C" today but he needs to go to "C" 1st, then "A", then finish the day with "B".
We currently have to let each employee know by phone or email the order in which his jobs need to be done so there a reasonable amount of wasted time here that could be saved.

Thanks for sharing your support for this idea here! As support continues to mount for this idea, our development team will plan how to bring this to you in ClockShark. :)

Reading this idea, and all the comments below, I can see that the consensus is that administrators would like a way to designate an Off/Holiday/PTO day, without having to insert any time for an employee. Currently, in ClockShark there is an available workaround that’s equivalent to the feature being requested.

If you’d like to see how to designate that an employee will be taking (or took) a day off, Morgan from our Customer Success team explains how to do that here: https://soapbox.wistia.com/videos/SkNhqgi9Kc

Feel free to let me know if this video is helpful, or if you have any other suggestions/ideas regarding how we can improve ClockShark for you. I love hearing your ideas.
