No automatic clock out after 23 hrs
I am still working on getting all employees to use the app correctly, but I have several that will shut off their location & notification services because they say it drains the battery. Then if they forget to clock out they don't get a notification when leaving job site. If they were still clocked in the next morning they would see they didn't get clocked out and leave me a note.

Hey Tracie, thanks for reaching out to us with your feedback!
I can see your dilemma. The 23 hour clock out is really integrated in our system, and not something easily changed. Of course we can consider all possibilities.
In the short term, you can have your crew not block notifications at least. Those should not have an impact on the battery life, although the location can especially for older phones.
But if they allow notifications, they can also set up reminders for themselves to clock out. They can do this at a certain time everyday or after they have been on the clock for a certain time.

I hope this helps, let me know if I can assist you further!

YES! every morning I have 3 or 4 people who never clocked out the night before. If it has passed 23 hours, they never know they didn't clock out! Then I get to disrupt their jobs with a text from me asking what time they left. Not a good thing.
