  2. Ability to adjust Regular and OT hours within individual timesheets for Admin

    We would like the ability for the admin to adjust between Regular and OT time on timesheets. We have special situations where employees get paid OT, and once it's exported to Sage, its much harder to find the employees and edit their hours there. It would be much better if we could do that in Clockshark.

  3. Improve Job search options

    We need to be able to search through all parameters of a job. IE: address, phone number, postal code etc. What we have had to do is change the way data entry was intended. We use the number field to enter the phone number and the name of the street, then they are able to use that to search. This is a bit clunky in my opinion. We have our customers entered as jobs because that's the only way it works for us. Secondly, we have to copy and paste the phone number into "notes" on jobs so that the…

  4. Filter/Remove Inactive Items from Lists

    Can the default view for the Jobs and Employees screen only show active items? I have noticed that even after a job or employee is marked inactive it still appears in the list and you have to filter out inactive jobs each time you load the screen. Having the default view only show active items would be most beneficial.

  5. Adding Departments should be part of basic plan as it was intitially

    Please make this feature as part of basic plan as it was initially. It was later taken away and made part of premium plan.

    If you want to charge additional premium you can give your customers a choice of features and charge them according to what they need. If I only need one or two of the features that are offered in premium plan, why would I want to pay premium price? Please look into this suggestion.

  6. Quick Botton for Individual Employees to edit time

    Currently theres a permissions button so employees can edit their time manually via the mobile app. For the website however, you need to make them managers and then give them permissions.

    We work with independent contractors therefore an easy access that makes individuals able to manually edit time on both moble and the website would be ideal.

    I completely understand teams and manager permissions that way, but doesn't apply to all of our staff so this option would reflect our organizational structure just a bit better. Thank you for your consideration!

  7. Set up the alert to have an e-mail sent a day before the time-off taken by an employee

    Is it possible to set up an alert to have an e-mail sent a day before the time-off taken by an employee? That would be very helpful for managers/supervisors as a reminder. Thank you

  9. The ability to show number of and type of employee needed on a job for scheduling purposes.

    When creating a job, have the ability to specify how many employees are needed for that job, and their skill sets. This would show up on the scheduling page to where when you are scheduling employees, you know the number of employees still needed for a job a people are scheduled. The function could also show the type of employee needed for a job. For instance, if I need two Flaggers, a TMA driver and a Supervisor on a job, when creating the schedule, I would see the needed positions on the job, and as a schedule the first flagger,…

    Hi,
    As this program is being used in Australia and other places, can we have access to pay scales that match Australian awards and pay guides. This would make reporting a lot easier when generating reports to key hours to Xero as there is no job tracking integration to Xero, only integration for hours. This would save a lot of time when doing payroll. I think if you are advertising in different countries beside America you need to offer the pay scales. In Australia the 2 awards I work under are the below but there are many more.

  11. Quote Approved Notification

    We often don't realize in a timely manner that a quote has been approved because there is no notification. We should receive a notification of approval or a request for changes once a customer submits. This feature is critical for a busy organization.

  14. Differentiation between requested and approved time off on scheduler page

  16. Manager Setting Permissions Vs Access Allowances

    Under the Manager Settings I think there should be a employee/department selection process for both Permissions and Access. I.e. John Smith has permission to edit/approve timesheets for Sarah K and Steven D, but access to everyone's schedules

  18. Schedule notes to show on the timesheet screen for approval purposes.

    Notes are used to make notes about tasks on the job but also if someone has approval to leave early if finished and get paid their full day or take a longer lunch for an appointment etc... So when approving the timesheets it would be effective to have the notes in view somehow.

  19. Shared Calendar Reveals Private Information

    We tested out the shared calendar feature to connect ClockShark with Google Calendar. The goal was that all of our employees could see each other's upcoming days off so they could plan jobs accordingly and plan their own time off. We wanted to avoid mutliple employees requesting the same days off leaving jobs short staffed.

    The issue I have is that it is showing what type of policy request our employees have put in for. We have an Unpaid policy here at our company and I dont like that it shows that an employee is going unpaid or using PTO,…

  20. Clock In Button - Change Default Settings

    We are a home remodeling/construction company and currently all of our "customers" are set up as a Job and then we have tasks such as painting, demolition, etc. that our employees clock into. In recent months, we are running into a tracking issue where we will do repeat work for the same customer. For instance, Jan-March we renovate their kitchen and October- November we renovate their bathroom. Right now, all of those individual jobs are lumped together under the one JOB (or customer name).
