  1. Option for "Job to date" reports. Need to be able to longer than 1 year, currently 365 days is the most history you can get with 1 report

    When jobs exceed 1 year and we want to see labor hours in total or by EE etc....we can only pull in 365 days of data at a time. For jobs that exceed 1 year in time, we need to pull 1 report for each 365 days increment and then combine the report to get the data.

  2. Better sort options

    I would like to see a better sort for the reports. When you get the CVS downloaded the information is in multiple rows. This is not the best way to sort information in Excel. If all the information was in one line item it would be easier to sort. Also, we find the options for reports limiting. If you select to sort on a job you can't get a report for that job by task. It gives you all tasks for a job. If you sort by the employee you get all the tasks no matter what the job. It…

  3. ability to print customer job list

    Be able to print a list of jobs or export from the display list. Currently have to do a print-screen for each page

  4. Allow previous pay rates on reports

    Currently, when pay rates are increased for employees, it becomes retroactive and changes past rates to the new rates on reports. Why not have the new rates only show on reports going forward, and keep previous rates where they were? This is a strange bug and very inconvenient.

  5. view the average weekly hours worked for employees

    I would like to be able to pull a report that shows the average amount of hours worked in a given time period. I am thinking about switching to a 4 day work week. I am trying to see how it would effect our weekly hours worked.

  8. Job report showing ALL employees on job

    I found recently that I am not able to see all employees as I am not an admin. I do have rights to pull reports. However, when I pull reports for a job I can only see the employees I have access to see. Understanding that the access needs to be changed, but my request is that a job report should show all hours put on a job regardless of what access the report puller has.

  10. Reports - Timesheets and Detail Reports

    I would like to request to have the option to eliminate the timestamp and page numbers on these reports. When I attach the timesheets and detail reports by employee, the page numbers do not relate to the employee.

    I also would like to see a feature where I can print timesheet and detail by employee together so I do not need to collate. And the header of the report name and pay period range to print on each employee's page. This is taking me a lot of time printing each department timesheet by employee and then the same for the…

  11. Always separate date and time in CSV exports and make recognizable by Excel

    Maybe I'm missing something in the settings but date formats exported into CSV don't read as dates in Excel, and the bulk CSV export format combines date and time into one entry. There's also apparently multiple date formats in the bulk export so I can't even write an Excel formula to convert text to time. Other report formats that do export dates separate from time still export dates as text and don't use a one-line record structure.

    This all makes exported data unsortable without a lot of formatting work and thus pretty much useless for my purposes.

  15. Ability to set "Favorite" reports or save report settings

    I would love the ability to set frequently used reports as a "favorite" to easily find the ones I need for certain applications. A bonus would be the ability to save them with specific settings.

  16. I would like to be able to EXCLUDE groups when pulling over all hours

    Here is my scenario,
    I have 3 supervisors that approve times and need to get them signed off.
    1 is a weekly guy that I've set up as a department and can easily be sent off for him to sign. This group doesn't change much.

    The second supervisor only signs off on Office people. This department almost never changes

    The 3rd has subs, workers, and a list that consistently changes. Creating a group for this supervisor would be a pain in the butt since there are so many people and subs he needs to deal with. Instead of creating a…

    Please create a report that can be generated to show time off "Taken". Currently you can only see "Approved" time which in reality may not have been taken by the employee due to cancelation.

  18. Add shift duration and department label to clock out questions report

    1. Can we add department?
    2. Can we get a calculated number of hours worked, we are doing this manually which can be time consuming on our end. The clock in and out time is useful, In addition a total hours worked here would be very helpful.

    Like you mention, that is actually one of the few reports that doesn’t have total time because it is more trying to list the questions themselves. However, it makes sense to get kind of all information about a shift together. That could be by adding information to the Clock Out Questions report or maybe including the clock out questions on a different report.

  19. My report went from 16 pages to 21!

    Please remove the Job Summary from the bottom of the Employee Detail report, or at least give me the option to remove it. My report went from 14-16 pages to over 20!

    We just added this functionality for a couple reasons. It was the only details report that didn’t have a breakdown at the bottom, and it was requested by other users that were looking to get employee breakdown information with notes included.
