Give each admin the ability to set their own notification terms

Happy to announce the work on this project is underway. Soon each admin and employee with certain manager permissions will be able to set their own notification terms.

Since you can specify departments, it would be great to have a department head. The requests off and visualization of schedule doesn't need to be seen by every Admin. Each Admin oversees a department and it would be great if there was a way for requests off to go to only that person

When setting up a Job the option for Out of Bounds notifications to be sent to a specific person - rather than a generic list of people for ALL notifications. Job specific notifications are only needed by specific Project Managers, not everyone... we are having too many unnecessary notifications going out per incident.

Allow each individual admin to adjust the email notifications they need. Not all admin need the same notifications, this is causing too much un necessary email.

I would suggest a per individual admin capability to automatically clock a person out like when they turn off their GPS, except triggered by their turning off their phone. This is a favorite way one of our employees is dodging getting tracked and I would only suggest turning this trigger on in unique situations, for certain individuals that we know have problems not wanting to be tracked and accountable. I realize that this "turned off mobile" situation might be hard for ClockShark to discern from poor GPS signal but defaulting to turning off in some cases would be preferable. ClockShark could do a certain number of quarter-hour pings and if the mobile is not found, then turn it off FOR THOSE INDIVIDUALS.

Yes, getting an alert when someone reaches 40 hours/week would be very helpful.

some employees have figured out that they can leave the job and do personal errand while still on the clock. They have discovered that if they simply turn off their phone they can remain clocked while gone, but there will be no GPS trail indicating that they have left job site.

It would be nice to have the option to receive a text notification instead of an email for Admin notifications. I don't always check my email but a text message is usually seen right away.

An alert when an employee reaches 40 hours to prevent overtime

Great idea, Also would like to be able to select which employees alerts are sent for. I don't need to get alerts for admins (including myself). Sometimes I start late or leave early and I don't need to get alerts send about myself. It's too many unnecessary emails. Let us choose what employees alerts are sent for.

Be able to set numerous alerts for the hours being met. For example, once hours are 50% 75% and 90% complete.
Also, an option to be able to select only one or two admins it goes to instead of all admins.
