Is there a way that they can pick lets say painting task, masking task and wall repair task at the same time, kind of like a check list? This would be really helpful as for us we do more than one task when we are on a job site.

You should allow employees to log into 2 jobs at one time. We, for example, have a machinist who generally will be working on 2 machines (which would be 2 different jobs) at one time. He will let one machine do it's thing while setting up another machine to start another job.

Add capability to run multiple timers at one time. That way you can pause one timer to work on a different client task and then switch between timers as required to complete individual client tasks (like answering a phone call from a different client)
