We need to be able to search through all parameters of a job. IE: address, phone number, postal code etc. What we have had to do is change the way data entry was intended. We use the number field to enter the phone number and the name of the street, then they are able to use that to search. This is a bit clunky in my opinion. We have our customers entered as jobs because that's the only way it works for us. Secondly, we have to copy and paste the phone number into "notes" on jobs so that the guys can click the number and directly call from the app. Also, would be nice to have an address search so that when entering data via mobile app, the address can be auto-filled for accuracy.
