But in the evenings and weekends someone is "on-call" - i like that I can exempt it from over-time, but they also get a lower pay rate while on-call (cause they don't come to the office - if they get a job, they clock in for their usual rate).

Need a way to specify the rate for on call or separate the hours on the report
