I would like to be able to edit text as in font size, color, bold, etc. Also, it would help to be able to create a hyperlink. We have to have our customers as "jobs" due to the way we enter things and I'd like my techs to be able to click on a phone number, email address or physical address and have it link to maps, phone call or an email. Is this possible? Or needed by anyone else?
