Always separate date and time in CSV exports and make recognizable by Excel
Maybe I'm missing something in the settings but date formats exported into CSV don't read as dates in Excel, and the bulk CSV export format combines date and time into one entry. There's also apparently multiple date formats in the bulk export so I can't even write an Excel formula to convert text to time. Other report formats that do export dates separate from time still export dates as text and don't use a one-line record structure.
This all makes exported data unsortable without a lot of formatting work and thus pretty much useless for my purposes.
I'm coming from Tsheets which became Quickbooks Time, and while there are many features of Clockshark I prefer (including your excellent customer service), Clockshark's approach to reporting was a shock and the fact that Excel time data is not sortable means there's no way to get around the limitations of your approach to reporting.
SUGGESTION - In CSV exports:
always provide date and time in two separate fields that are recognizable by Excel as dates and times (you can keep the fields you have if they work for some people)
export data in all CSV exports for the different reports in one-line records (the current CSV formats could be rich text exports instead if some people find their layout useful)

David incase it helps...I change the columns with date/time to short date format then use text to columns to separate the date/time/am or pm into separate rows.
