It would be helpful to not require an email and password for new employees. Could it be changed to optional?

Hey Phil, thanks for the feedback!
At the moment these are core pieces of information needed to identify someone around the website and when logging in.
We do have some plans around this in the future, but would appreciate more feedback from everyone and votes!
