Hi can you also set in terms of availability that employee can only apply for PTO as to his/her current PTO balance and any excess will automatically be tag as Unpaid Time Off prior to the approval of their supervisor? because right now they can still be paid even they have negative balances in their PTO as long as its approved. It would be a great help to avoid overpayment and abuse of the PTOs. Thank you.

The ability for employees to set there work availability on their app so management can see who is available to work on what days and hours. This a big help when scheduling services with our clients.

Allow staff to notify admin of their availability or unavailability to work a shift by date/time.
So this information is visible when compiling the roster in the scheduler or when you go to add them to a day/time it tells you they are unavailable during this period.

Set the days an employee is able to be scheduled. I visualize it as the admin checks the boxes for each day they are available to be scheduled in the employee preferences screen. Maybe the days that they are unavailable show as grey on the desktop schedule screen so that no jobs can be added to that day.

When scheduling, it would be great to see which employees are available for a particular job based on the available window of time for that job. I have clients that only have certain times available for appointments, I'd like to be able to input when my clients are available and see a list of which employees are available at the same time (which also means if the employee is already booked for another client, they shouldn't show up in the available list).

When working for an 1099, several employees work at different places part time. They need a place to request days that they will be available per the other places that they would be working at as well.

We have a lot of part-time employees and it would be nice if they could enter their availability for scheduling purposes.
