Thank you for sharing your idea, and allowing folks to have a forum to support and vote for it.
At the moment you can attach a template PDF of this daily sheet to a job and then users would be able to download that daily on their phone, sign it, and then attach it to their shift.
Is there another way that you would like this to be handled?

Just a daily hazard assessment sheet that gets filled out at the jobsite that people can sign and sign as a group. It would be nice to have everything in one place rather than multiple things. A quick google search of "hazard assessment forms" under images would show examples of some or I could send you one.

Thanks for the suggestion Ted. We're looking at ways to allow custom data to be captured as well as questions answered by an employee during their shift. What type of hazard assessment specifically were you looking for?
