Run reports for active and inactive jobs/projects
We as a customer/user of clock shark we should be able to generate a report using “active” and/or “inactive” Job/projects for a particular vendor

Thanks for the great suggestion! Let’s let folks vote with you on this idea, and our development team can look to add it to ClockShark in a future update if it gathers support. Of course, if you have any other suggestions or ideas, please just let me know @ morgan@clockshark.com. :)

I agree that this should be implemented. Having to go in and reactivate old jobs every time one of them needs a report (and then go back and deactivate them after the report is run) is extremely tedious and annoying.

Be able to run the Job Details Report for closed jobs. Right now, closed jobs won't appear in the job search list.

Maybe adding a checkbox to as user to include inactivate job/employee when running report. We would love that!!

When I pull reports but the job or employee is marked inactive I am missing their data. I then have to back make all of them active pull the report and go back to making them all inactive again.

Generate reports for ANY JOB, not just active ones. It is very cumbersome to go in, activate an old job, get the report, and deactivate it again. I do this hundreds of times a week.

Would like run metrics for inactive jobs without having to click on them and make them active again. Not realistic when have so many jobs. Perhaps a drop down menu in the reporting that lets you select inactive, active or both.

Be able to run a job report--ie for payroll or hourly budget reasons when a job has already been deactivated. Instead now you have to go back into a closed job, activate it, run a report go back in and deactivate it again.

The ability to still print a report on a job even though it has been de-activated. Alot of times we close/de-activate a job because we are physically done with the job but then need to go back and look at hours on the job.

I would love to be able to pull reports on all jobs instead of having to re-activate an old job.
