Make the schedule a private draft until you are ready to publish it for your employees to see it.
Make it wear if your working on a schedule your employees can not see it until your ready for them to. In some businesses we work on schedules a couple of weeks out but may need to change them. Your software allows everyone to see it and that's a problem!

Hey Rebecka, thanks for the suggestion. Having a “staging” schedule is a great idea, so thanks for posting it here for others to vote on.
As support rolls in, we’ll keep you updated on any development plans.

Thank you to Max and Michael of ClockShark for speaking with me earlier today, and coming up with this idea. For the schedules please provide a way to have a draft, and live version. This will allow employers to create / manipulate a draft version of the schedule prior to releasing it in a live version for all employees to see and go by. With the current live only schedule that everyone can see all the time we do not have the ability to work on the schedule without all employees seeing the schedule. This could result in confusion if the job changes after they have looked at it.

I agree, i am fairly new to Clock Shark but I have had it happen several times that someone has clocked out and taken a glance at the schedule for the following week and showed up at the wrong job because I was not done tweaking the schedule before they look at it.
