Break Rules or Formulas
The option to enter a formula in your preferences that calculates how much of a break is paid/unpaid.
For Instance, my Labor Laws dictate that I have to pay for a 15 minute break for every 4 hours worked, any break beyond that is unpaid.
After clocking out, ClockShark could apply the formula and then put a certain amount of hours in a task called "Unpaid Break", the rest of the hours should have the option to remain with the tasks that were selected when the break button was hit, or to be put in a task called “Paid Break”.

Custom Rules for paid breaks. Canadian labour laws require a paid 15 minutes for every 4 hours worked. Ability to have paid breaks calculated with unpaid breaks without employees switching to a "Paid Break" task half way through a long break. (Because they never will.
Also option to blend paid breaks into other tasks so I don't have to highlight the money a customer is spending on paid breaks, even though legally required, (Doesn't make invoicing easier...)

The reason this feature is important is that without it, I am not able to submit any reports produced with ClockShark, and I have to manually produce reports and adjust everyone's hours manually.
It's the difference between ClockShark being used for my internal data (Tracking how many hours a project took) vs actually doing my payroll.

Allow employees to take manual breaks, but at the end of the day calculate how much of the break was paid based on hours worked and ideally then have an option to blend paid breaks into the tasks they were working on when they took the break to avoid having an item on my invoice to the customer that says "Paid Breaks", it's part of the cost, but no customer wants to see that.
