We need employee ID numbers added for Admin. use, and be able to sort by in timesheets and reports.

Add address and phone numbers to admin tab under employees. This information should only be visible to management.

We also ran into this problem As a solution we have added the employee number beside their first name. Ex. John #12345 Smith. This way the employee number is listed on all of the reports.

Please add the ability for an employee ID Field - AlphaNumeric - MOST payroll processing companies requre this for processing payroll. WIth Clock Shark, each week I have to go and manually enter the EMPLOYEE ID prior to importing into our payroll processing system.

Admin tab under Employees - Have a "notes" box to add more info ( Address, Birthday, etc.)

Add a field for an employee id field.

I add our employee's number right after their last name, which I put first for alphabetizing.
Ex.: Berg 17, Vicky

Our payroll clerk must have an employee number in order to log in the hours worked in our corporate computer. Having this number on the time sheet would be very helpful.
