Employee Detail Report - show PTO totals
Please show PTO totals on the bottom of the report same as there is a job totals.

Job report showing ALL employees on job
I found recently that I am not able to see all employees as I am not an admin. I do have rights to pull reports. However, when I pull reports for a job I can only see the employees I have access to see. Understanding that the access needs to be changed, but my request is that a job report should show all hours put on a job regardless of what access the report puller has.

Reports - Timesheets and Detail Reports
I would like to request to have the option to eliminate the timestamp and page numbers on these reports. When I attach the timesheets and detail reports by employee, the page numbers do not relate to the employee.
I also would like to see a feature where I can print timesheet and detail by employee together so I do not need to collate. And the header of the report name and pay period range to print on each employee's page. This is taking me a lot of time printing each department timesheet by employee and then the same for the…

Always separate date and time in CSV exports and make recognizable by Excel
Maybe I'm missing something in the settings but date formats exported into CSV don't read as dates in Excel, and the bulk CSV export format combines date and time into one entry. There's also apparently multiple date formats in the bulk export so I can't even write an Excel formula to convert text to time. Other report formats that do export dates separate from time still export dates as text and don't use a one-line record structure.
This all makes exported data unsortable without a lot of formatting work and thus pretty much useless for my purposes.

Automated reports
I believe a feature of creating an automated report would be tine saving. If I could set certain reports to be emailed to me weekly that would be so helpful!

Ability to set "Favorite" reports or save report settings
I would love the ability to set frequently used reports as a "favorite" to easily find the ones I need for certain applications. A bonus would be the ability to save them with specific settings.

I would like to be able to EXCLUDE groups when pulling over all hours
Here is my scenario,
I have 3 supervisors that approve times and need to get them signed off.
1 is a weekly guy that I've set up as a department and can easily be sent off for him to sign. This group doesn't change much.The second supervisor only signs off on Office people. This department almost never changes

"Taken" time off report.
Please create a report that can be generated to show time off "Taken". Currently you can only see "Approved" time which in reality may not have been taken by the employee due to cancelation.

Add shift duration and department label to clock out questions report

- Can we add department?
- Can we get a calculated number of hours worked, we are doing this manually which can be time consuming on our end. The clock in and out time is useful, In addition a total hours worked here would be very helpful.

Like you mention, that is actually one of the few reports that doesn’t have total time because it is more trying to list the questions themselves. However, it makes sense to get kind of all information about a shift together. That could be by adding information to the Clock Out Questions report or maybe including the clock out questions on a different report.

My report went from 16 pages to 21!
Please remove the Job Summary from the bottom of the Employee Detail report, or at least give me the option to remove it. My report went from 14-16 pages to over 20!

We just added this functionality for a couple reasons. It was the only details report that didn’t have a breakdown at the bottom, and it was requested by other users that were looking to get employee breakdown information with notes included.

Able to filter Timesheets report with time that is Approved.

Sort by first name alphabetically - Timesheet and Employee Reports
Please add the function so that we can choose the timesheet and the employee reports sorted by either first or last name alphabetically.

It would be great to be able to run a report to see which access controls are assigned to employees.
Be able to run a report that would show which tasks are assigned to an employee. Presently you can only see if they punch in with that task. I am currently having to go task by task to see who is assigned. Not all employees use a task daily when clocking.

I definitely think it would be really useful to gain quick access to see who has access to what. That way you would be able to see who has access to certain Jobs and Tasks, or even vice versa.

ALLOW TIME PUNCH DATA TO BE EDITABLE FROM WITHIN THE REPORTS
Based on our use of the CS system, it would save a tremendous amount of time to be able to run a report and then be able to access and more importantly edit the time punch data from within the report, i.e., change Job/Task/punch time.

Audit reports that shows when Admin has to edit by employee
For instance, now the Audit report now only shows when time is approved listing the employees' names. It would good to see when the timesheet entries are edited by employee or for which employee was edited. (We want to keep track of who is using the app correctly for bonus purposes without having to write it down every time) Few edits by admin vs. a lot or all the time = lazy) ;)

Add Cumulative totals
On the job summary report, add a column of cumulative totals in addition to date range selected. Example, i want to see hours used per job during last pay period, but would be great to also see total hours for that job.

Hey Bridget thanks for the feedback. Just to get some more specifics, what summary report are you referring to? We do have the Employees Summary, Jobs Summary, Tasks Summary, and then newer Quick Summary report. Would you just like the total break time listed somewhere?
